UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, with an option to upgrade at checkout.
International Orders: Dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Airmail (not trackable). You can opt for a trackable service for an additional fee during checkout.

How can I track my order if I'm based in the UK?
An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
I'm overseas why I can not track my item?
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.
